Important Information
Pick Up and Drop Off
You can pick up and drop off your rentals at 5101 Rutherford Rd, Woodbridge, ON
Rentals start time is 9:00 A.M. unless an alternative time is agreed upon with our staff. All rentals must be returned by 5:30 PM. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. All rentals must be returned with the gas tanks full
Renters will be responsible to pay any launching fees or additional charges at the delivery location
Waves Powersports Rental Ltd. is not responsible for loss or damage to the items you choose to take along.
Age & Eligibility Requirements
Must be at least 22 years of age and possess a valid G driver’s license. The renter must provide proof of current motor vehicle ownership & insurance when renting the watercraft with the use of the trailer. Any other participants operating the watercraft must be a minimum of 22 years of age and must be listed on the rental agreement. Transport Canada requires that all pleasure craft operators carry a PLEASURE CRAFT OPERATOR CARD (PCOC), we strongly recommend that you obtain one before renting, it's valid for life, you can click here to get yours. Temporary PLEASURE CRAFT OPERATOR CARD can be obtained at our facility and valid only for the time of your rental
Damage/Security Deposit
We will require a $2000.00 damage/security deposit per watercraft upon delivery, every unit will undergo damage inspection with our staff before and after your rental. The renter must be present at the time of inspections. Renters are responsible for any damages sustained to rental equipment, gear supplied, trailers, persons, or property during the rental period. A rental contract and release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks, and indemnity agreement must be signed by the renter.

Damage/Security deposit will be returned in full if the vessel(s) and/or trailer(s) are returned without damage.
Cash or email transfer are also accepted as payment for the rental but a valid CREDIT CARD with a limit of a minimum of $2000.00 is required for the damage deposit. No negotiating. Security/Damage Deposit doesn't cover the total loss or damages of more than 2000$, you will still be held responsible to pay for it.
Additional Charges
Please return your watercraft on the time agreed with our staff to avoid charges, if late for any reason call us and we'll try to accommodate your situation.
A list with all additional charges will be provided to you upon request
All additional charges must add 13% HST. Additional charges will be deducted from your damage/security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancellations with 14 days notice will receive a full refund, cancellation between 14 days and 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund, cancellations within the 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund. No shows are charged in full for the rental period reserved and the contract will be terminated after 1 hour from the time agreed. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule reservations at any time for policy violations and/or to ensure personal safety.
